Job Description
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding the offerings of WisdmLabs
2. Processing emails professionally to provide information about products & services
3. Taking/cancelling orders or obtaining details of complaints
4. Keeping records of customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
5. Processing orders, forms, and applications
6. Following up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests
7. Referring unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
8. Working with clients & understand client requirements
9. Working as a mediator between clients & our software developer

Other than developing a thorough understanding of the digital marketing landscape, the selected candidate will also learn/research e-commerce, brainstorm and give creative solutions. Client interaction
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
