JOB PROCESS- International health care process(NON Voice Profile BOTH For Fresher AND Experience For TOP MNC)

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Candidate should have Good communication skills.
2. Qualification- B.com / BA / B.SC / BBA / BMS / BAF / Etc.
2017/2018/2019.
3. Candidates should have all Mark sheets
4. Candidates with backlog are not eligible
5. Shift : Rotational Shifts
6. Salary : According to company norms.

5 days working (Sat and Sun fixed off)
8. Cab facility both sides (Free of Cost)

Shifts: ROTATIONAL shift

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with client customers via chat to help resolve the issues being faced.
  • Receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders from customers.
  • Utilizing the companys internal CRM/mainframe systems and customer purchase orders.
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through
    contact tracking.
  • Access the company's internal systems to obtain and extract order information and provide customer service management with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports
  • Initiate required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate
    personnel/departments.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information

Note:

1.We do not have any registration charges
2. No Contract / No Bond.
3. No Target / No Sales
4. If you are not comfortable with night shifts please ignore.
5. You should have your all mark sheet / provisional certificates.
