Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

Technical

• Perform first level of Abstraction of contract or related documents in accordance with project guidelines and client's guidance
• Escalate queries based on sample documents as and when required
• Report metrics appropriately
• Track and report quality for the QC'ed work
• Ensure quality standards are achieved
• Work as a team member
• Manage timeline
• Ensure the given targets are achieved
• Work on different platforms

 Functional Skills

• Ability to read and understand complex contractual languages in lieu of client's requirement
• High level
• Professional approach to of positive attitude problem solving
• Target Driven
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to adapt any process changes in a minimal period
• 'can do' attitude, including ability to be flexible with working shift patterns
• Good in written and verbal English
• Knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, PPT

• Logical thinking and good decision-making abilities on the job

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Law Graduate fresher's and with 0 - 6 Months' experience of contract abstraction, administration, reviewing, drafting and management reporting, etc.

Assignment Duration and other details:

 

Designation: Temporary Associate

 

Employment Duration: 3 Month (starts from mid July 2020)

 

Shift: Day shift ( 8:00 AM to 5 PM During Work from home) & (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM & 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM During Work from office)

 

Compensation: 25000 (-10% TDS)
