We are looking for AFE - Legal in Delhi NCR

Function : Ad For Equity

No. of Positions : 1

Key Responsibilities :

  • To  attend to all the queries of internal customers and respond.
  • To ensure that the agreements are turned around in a timely manner.
  • Help business in doing legal due-diligence.
  • Preparing agreements for Legal Due Diligence such as engagement  agreements, Non- Disclosure Agreements, Vetting


Deal Structure for all deals referred to Due Diligence cell etc
Coordinating with the Lawyers and the clients for Legal Due Diligence and going through the Due Diligence report of the Lawyers and highlighting the concern in the team
Doing a thorough research & discussions with the seniors required for the litigation
Help business in recovering the outstanding amounts.
Education and Experience Pre-Requisites:
Must have a degree of L.L.B.
Atleast 2 – 6 years of work experience.
Possess an Experience of vetting, drafting, handling legal cases.
