Candidate Requirement
LLB/LLM with 6+ years of experience in Insurance Industry
Key Responsibilities:
Handling consumer litigations raised in Consumer Courts, Labor Court and Ombudsman
Preparing the entire case history in consultation with senior’s before representing the matter in court
Identifying & empanelling lawyers pan India for representing IFLI cases in those locations
Providing Line of argument and briefing to these lawyers for any litigations registered in those locations
Sharing entire case history with empanel lawyers to enable them to represent IFLI in court
Drafting & reviewing agreements and Line of argument
Travel for attending litigations in
various forums
CTC: 13 LPA
