Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years relevant experience in legal practice/ Law Firm or managing Litigation and Non-Litigation work in Banking, NBFC or broking. Candidate should possess sound interpreting and Drafting Skill.
Job Responsibilities:
Effectively Draft and Vet all Agreements, Contracts, Bank Guarantees, Board Agenda and other documents as may be required.
To Manage litigation, including recovery of over dues and advisory related work of the department.
Preparation of MIS for briefing management about pending cases, coordinating with Counsels and undertake office administration work of legal Division.
Post: Sr. Executive - Corporate Legal
Location: Mumbai
Qualification Profile: LLB( LLM is preferred)
Experience: • Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in legal practice/ Law Firm or managing Litigation and Non-Litigation work in Banking, NBFC or broking. Candidate should possess sound interpreting and Drafting Skill.
